In order for us to continue the good work of Holy Trinity, we invite you to make a financial contribution to the church.
That contribution can take many forms. At the simplest and most profound, it’s the gift of your presence. But it may also be the gift of volunteering to serve in a lay capacity, organize a fundraiser, or serve on the vestry.
Your financial contribution is also appreciated and needed. The parish has a budget and financial needs, just like any household or business, and we believe that our habits around saving, spending, and giving have as much to do with our faith as other choices we make in life, such as how we spend our time and our talents.

Creating a lasting legacy
Since 1895, Holy Trinity has supported spiritual renewal and community in Juneau. We value our tradition of worship, charity, neighborliness, and celebration of the human spirit through the performing arts — and we embrace a responsibility to pass it on to the next generation in good condition, with a firm foundation, braced to overcome the challenges of the next 100 years.
After rebuilding from the fire that destroyed our building in 2006, our responsibilities have included paying $20,000 a year in principal and interest on the mortgage for the rebuild. We have paid down nearly half of the original loans and as of this spring, we owe $185K.
Our goal: to eliminate the burden of debt and allow the Holy Trinity community to nurture and expand programs and ministries of the church including:
- providing a beautiful, warm, welcoming Episcopal church in the heart of downtown Juneau with a full offering of worship and prayer services;
- sustaining and evolving ministries responsive to the needs of the community; and
- offering space for community events at affordable rates: local theater, concerts, poetry slams, weddings, memorial services and 12-step meetings.
